Job Description:
We have a vacancy for a General Clerk position at our Firm. The job requires a young and enthusiastic clerk with at least ONE (1) year of experience for the following work scope:
1. To manage general administrative work
2. Assist in producing client with billing statements and invoices
3. To handle and liaise with all suppliers of the firm (e.g. stationery supplier, etc.)
4. To manage the runners / despatch personnel of the firm
5. Petty cash management
6. To process accounts payable and receivable and manage tax payments
7. Handling basic accounting books and balances accounts


Qualifications and Requirements:
1. At least 1 year experience in handling bookkeeping and general clerk work
2. Honest, Proactive and hardworking
3. Pays attention and sensitive to numbers to ensure accuracy of records and no mistakes
4. Literate in Microsoft Office and Excel use
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Ability to work with people at all level
7. Candidate must have reasonable command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and Spoken)
8. Takes initiative in resolving any matters (precedented or otherwise)
