Job Description:
Corporate & Conveyancing Associate
1. Assist partners in preparing legal documents, drafting agreements (such as circulars, shareholders agreement and corporate commercial agreement), due diligence and regulatory applications.
2. To assist partners in conveyancing matters, such as advising, drafting & vetting sub-sale agreement, tenancy and loan related matters.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience.
Litigation & Intellectual Property Associate
1. Assist partners in dealing with litigation matters such as drafting cause papers, attending to case management and trials.
2. Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skill.
3. Detailed oriented, diligent & responsible.
4. Minimum 2 years’ experience.
