Job Description:
i. To handle SPA for sub-sales from initial stage to
completion. Resourceful with good initiative and mindful
of turnaround time for work completion;
ii. Responsible towards files entrusted from all aspects;
iii. To handle multiple tasks at any one given time and to
complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame
provided;
iv. Any ad-hoc duties assigned as and when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:
i. Self-motivated, highly responsible, reliable, honest &
meticulous
ii. Possess good communication skills, good work discipline
& analytical skills
iii. Resourceful with good initiative and mindful of turnaround time for work completion
iv. Hardworking and attention to detail
v. Positive, confident and good attitude
vi. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
vii. At least 4 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the
related field is required for this position.
viii. Must own transport
ix. Able to report and update to superiors
x. Possess Syariah Certificate/Diploma in Syariah is
advantageous
xi. Potential of becoming Quasi Partner of the firm provided
with good performance of work.
