Job Description:
1. Conveyancing Legal Assistant
- To handle conveyancing matters including developer projects, sub-sales and commercial loan documentations. Experience in corporate work or litigation will be an added advantage.
2. Conveyancing Clerk
- To assist lawyer in preparing Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentations.
- To handle projects & sub-sales transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
For Position (1)
- Minimum 3 years related work experience.
- Able to handle both sub-sales and projects.
- Good Command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
- Dedicated, responsible, committed and able to work as part of a team or independently.
For Position (2)
- Minimum 5 years related work experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Dynamic, responsible, good working attitude, multi-tasking and able to meet the deadlines.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Minimum 3 years related work experience.
- Able to handle both sub-sales and projects.
