Job Description:
To adjudicate disputes referred to and registered with Ombudsman for financial services (OFS) in accordance with OFS Terms of Reference.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in law and strong knowledge on financial services.
Judicial experience would be an advantage
Certification with Malaysian Mediation Centre (MMC) is an added advantage
Able to work independently and outcome driven
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill.
Possess strong management and leadership skill.
