Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER : -
· Candidates responsible to liaise with client, banker/agent, developers, bankers and various government bodies.
· To handle sub-sales, auction, developer project, refinancing, loan (including company loan), perfection, discharge of charge, small estate and other conveyancing matters.
· Monitoring files progress.
· Well versed with amendment law related to property
· Always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the firm.
· Attending to client, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.

CONVEYANCING CLERK : -
o To assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage until completion stage with minimum supervision.
o To handle sub-sales, auction, developer project, refinancing, loan (including company loan), perfection, discharge of charge, small estate and other conveyancing matters.
o Preparing and updating status report.
o To maintain and update file status on operating system.
o Prepare quotation and drafting correspondence.
o Attend to daily clerical works and clerical task independently.
o Always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the firm.
o Attending to client, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.


Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER : -
· Minimum 1 year' experience in handling conveyancing works. Knowledge in corporate matters is an advantage.
· Good communication and drafting skills.
· Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
· Able to work as a team and proactive.
· Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Chinese or other languages will be added advantages.

CONVEYANCING CLERK : -
o Minimum 3 years' experience in handling conveyancing works.
o To assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage until completion stage with minimum supervision.
o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
o Good communication skills, proactive, responsible team player, matured and independent.
o Experienced in admin paperwork.
o Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, written & spoken. Chinese or other languages will be added advantages.
