Job Description:
1. Conveyancing Clerk OR Litigation Clerk
- To handle Conveyancing tasks OR Litigation tasks.
- Familiar with loan documentation OR e- filing procedures.
- To perform general administrative tasks or other adhoc duties.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- At least 3 years’ experience.
2. Legal Associate
- To assist the partners in preparing legal documents, drafting & reviewing agreement, assisting with due diligence & regulatory applications.
- To assist the Firm in litigation matters such as drafting of cause papers, interlocutory application, research & submission.
- To assist in corporate matters such as corporate advisory,due diligence and property relation matters.
- To attend to case management & trials.
- Able to give independent opinion and to meet tight timelines.
- Able to understand and to apply diverse areas of law.
- Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skills.
- Detailed oriented, diligent & responsible.
- At least 3 years' experience.

Conveyancing/Litigation Clerk
- At least 3 years conveyancing or litigation experience.
- Computer literate, e-filing system.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu languages.
- Team player.
Legal Associate
- Hardworking & be able to work with the team.
- To be self-motivated and committed.
- Must be own transport.
- Able to report and update to superiors.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu languages.
- At least 3 years conveyancing or litigation experience.
