Qualifications and Requirements:
LITIGATION LAWYER
- Senior litigation lawyer required;
- At least 5-year experience in general litigation;
- Handled civil litigation matters (i.e Hearing/Trial/Appeal) at Subordinate Court, High Court & Court of Appeal;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Able to lead a team;
- Possess entrepreneurship skill;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
- Experienced in property transactions, banking and loan documentations (for sub sale and refinancing matters);
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken;
LITIGATION CLERK
- Minimum with 2-year experience in litigation matters;
- Familiar with litigation process and procedure;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
CHAMBERING PUPIL
- Willing to learn, hardworking & responsible;
- good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay Language.
