- Sale & Purchase & Loan Documentation of Projects, Residential and Commercial Buildings, Lands and Factories.
- Property and Real Estate Finance
- Add Values/Points If Having Ability On Corporate & Commercial Agreement Drafting.
Conveyancing Clerk :
- 2 Years Experience Are Required.
- Sale & Purchase & Loan Documentation.
- Projects & Subsales Transactions.
- Tenancy / Discharge of Charge / Perfection Of Transfer & Charge.
Chambering & Attachment :
- Exposure and Handling of Files / Works
- Sale and Purchase & Loan Financing of Residential and Commercial Buildings, Lands and Factories
- Property & Real Estate Finance / Loan
- Great and High Exposure On All Different Types Of Conveyancing Practice & Works.
Receptionist Cum Admin :
- Administrative Related Works, Clerical Works, Daily Legal Firm Tasks.
