Job Description:
Junior Legal Assistant (Litigation)
- To assist in litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, cause papers and letters;
- To assist partners in the preparation for Trial and Hearing;
- To attend to court matters;
- Performing ad-hoc duties and legal research as required.
Receptionist cum Legal Clerk
- Performing general clerical tasks;
- Handling incoming and outgoing letters;
- Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in clients;
- Organising files, correspondences and documents;
- Attending to the tasks assigned by the partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Legal Assistant (Litigation)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken), while fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
- Able to work well as a team.
Receptionist cum Legal Clerk
- 1 to 2 years experiences;
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma in any field;
- Able to speak and write in English and Malay (able to speak Mandarin would be a bonus point);
- Able to work independently, with minimum supervision;
- Excel in Microsoft Office.
