Job Description:
1. Assist in drafting Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, and related correspondences
2. Conduct land searches, company searches, and basic due diligence
3. Manage document filing and monitor deadlines
4. Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and relevant authorities
5. Assist with stamping, submission, and registration of documents
6. Attend meetings and document signings with the supervising lawyer
7. Perform legal research and provide administrative support as required


Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Possess a recognised law degree and a valid Practising Certificate
2. Strong legal research, critical thinking, and time management skills
3. Able to manage and monitor files independently (not applicable to Chambering Student (Pupillage) position) while meeting deadlines
4. Responsible, diligent, hardworking, and detail-oriented
5. Positive working attitude with strong sense of commitment
6. Possess own transport
7. Able to work with minimal supervision (not applicable to Chambering Student (Pupillage) position)
