Job Description:
1. Accounts/ Admin Clerk
• Handle daily accounting operations, including processing payments and receipts for office and client accounts
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and other ad hoc financial documentation
• Manage petty cash, staff claims, and general reimbursement claims
• Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of e-invoices
• Liaise with auditors and assist with audit-related matters
2. Litigation/Admin Clerk
• Assist lawyers in preparing cause papers, legal documents, notices, and correspondence
• Organise and maintain case files, records, and legal documentation systematically
• Manage diary system and monitor all deadlines and due dates
• Support lawyers in court-related preparations and documentation
• Perform general legal and administrative duties as assigned by the Firm

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Strong work ethic, diligent, responsible, and committed
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
