Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer (4-5 Years PQE)
Job Scope
Draft and handle Subsale Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation for banks including RHB Bank, BSN, CIMB Bank, MBSB Bank and Public Bank.
Manage conveyancing files from initial stage until completion.
Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, agents and relevant government authorities (Land Office, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc.).
Provide legal advice on conveyancing transactions and loan drawdown matters.
Attend to SPA and loan documentation signing with clients.
Conduct necessary legal research relating to conveyancing matters.
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their transactions.
Manage loan documentation from A to Z.
Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers and government departments.
Work closely with lawyers and team members to ensure smooth completion of transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
4 - 5 years experience in conveyancing practice.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must possess own transport.
4 - 5 years experience in conveyancing practice.
