Job Description:
Associate - Corporate Real Estate and Conveyancing
• To handle corporate real estate and conveyancing matters, including drafting sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and documents for perfection of transfer and charge etc.
• To attend to other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Associate - Litigation
• To handle Civil Litigation Matters
• To attend to client(s) and other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
• To handle corporate real estate and conveyancing matters, including drafting sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and documents for perfection of transfer and charge etc.
• To attend to other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Associate - Litigation
• To handle Civil Litigation Matters
• To attend to client(s) and other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate - Corporate Real Estate and Conveyancing
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards;
• Proactive, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills;
Associate - Litigation
• At least 2-6 years of Post Qualification Experience in Civil Litigation and trial experience;
• Experience in land related disputes and public law litigation;
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Highly driven, high achiever and action oriented;
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
