Job Description:
- Attending clients for signing, liaising with agents, other solicitors, land offices for general and specific correspondences.
- Able to work in team and independently with a willingness to learn.
- Able to handle especially discharge of charge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, sub-sales, developer projects and other conveyancing matters.
- To maintain and update file status in operating system.
- Familiar with preparation of SPA documentation for Sub-sales and Developer Projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A qualified Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
- Possess strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills both verbal and written [COMPULSORY].
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Meticulous, responsible and hardworking with a pleasant personality.
- Possess high critical thinking skills with ability to solve conflicts.
- Able to complete tasks within the given timeline with minimal supervision.
- Able to work within tight schedules and meet deadlines.
- A team player with an outgoing personality.
- High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Freshly called to the Bar are encouraged to apply.
