Job Description:
*To effectively & efficiently handle conveyancing matters and documentation that may be assigned from time to time, eg. SPA with Developer and Sub-sale/Loan Documentation from initial stage until completion, independently with minimum supervisions.
*To monitor all files progress and update status report.
*Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, agents, developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor 's Degree in Law (LLB) and admitted to the bar.
*Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
*Committed, ambitious and self-motivated.
*Proactive, dependable, good leadership, self disciplined and capable of managing timelines and tasks efficiently.
*Own transport and able/willing to travel.
*Immediate availability for work is preferred.
