Under Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department.
1) Exposure on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA)/ Project
(Developer);
2) Exposure on drafting Sub-sale;
3) Exposure on Perfection of Transfer, Perfection of
Charge, and Discharge of Charge;
4) Exposure on Islamic Financing and Conventional loan
documentations;
5) Exposure on Refinance and Remortgage for Islamic Financing and
Conventional loan documentations;
6) Exposure on Corporate and Commercial matters and
documentations;
7) Exposure on Corporate and Commercial for Islamic Financing and
Conventional loan documentations; and
8) Exposure on attending meetings and liaising with Clients.
