Job Description:
- Possess an LLB degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in conveyancing practice, subsale
- To prepare and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
- To handle sub-sale, loan, discharge, perfection and all other conveyancing related matters.
- Candidate must be dedicated, attentive, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently
- Able to prepare and handle conveyancing matters related to projects under construction, sub-sale, loan transactions and other conveyancing matters
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and legal procedures
- Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Capable of meeting deadlines effectively
