SALARIED PARTNER (CORPORATE CONVEYANCING)
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage residential, commercial, project, and sub-sale conveyancing matters.
· Advise clients on sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and property-related transactions.
· Supervise conveyancing lawyers and clerks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
· Liaise with developers, bankers, property agents, and relevant authorities.
· Able to handle Consumer, SME and Corporate documentations for both conventional and Islamic Loans independently.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE (CORPORATE CONVEYANCING)
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage a comprehensive portfolio of residential, commercial, and project conveyancing matters.
· Advise clients on sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and high-value property transactions.
· Handle consumer, SME, and Corporate documentation for both conventional and Islamic Loans independently.
· Supervise conveyancing lawyers and clerks to ensure total operational compliance and efficiency.
· Liaise directly with developers, financial institutions, property agents, and relevant authorities.
CONVEYANCING CLERK (JUNIOR/SENIOR)
Job Responsibilities:
· To handle & complete conveyancing matters (Subsale, Project, Retail Loan, Perfection, Discharge/DRR, Due Diligence etc.)
· To handle SPA documentation for sub-sale, project, perfection & all other conveyancing matter.
· To handle loan documentation for sub-sale, project, perfection, discharge/DRR & all other conveyancing matters.
· Able to manage time well and keep track of key dates (e.g., completion date, stamping date, presentation date, filing CKHT date, signing date, etc.) by producing a completed weekly status report.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage full set of accounts, ensuring timely completion of monthly and yearly closing.
· Perform daily accounting tasks, including payment voucher, invoicing, account receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) ageing management, bank reconciliation, and general ledger (GL) posting.
· Handle the Firm's Sales and Service Tax (SST) compliance matters.
· Assist in the implementation and daily operations of the e-Invoice platform.
· Maintain good communication with external parties.
· Prepare financial statements and management reports, and perform relevant financial reports and documentation.
· Assists the finance team in other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.
RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN
