Job Description:
1. Manage and conduct court matters -
including case preparation, filing, and attending hearings, mentions, case managements, and trials physically and via E-Review.
2. Draft pleadings, written submissions, letters of demand, and settlement agreements. Conduct thorough legal research on tort law, case law precedents, and relevant statutes (Civil Law Act, Road Transport Act)
3. Engage with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and clients to negotiate out-of-court settlements.
- Prepare and review settlement documents and consent judgments.
4. Willingness to travel for client consultations, court attendances, and site visits.
- Pocessing own transport is required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Possessing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree
2. Admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor. (Actively practicing advocate & solicitor)
3. Newly admitted solicitors may apply.
4. Exposure to tortious matters, particularly accident and personal injury claims, ,minimum 1–3 years of post-admission experience is an added advantage.
