Job Description:
Your Responsibilities:
(a) To take full ownership of subsale conveyancing matters, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation, managing files independently from initiation to completion
(b) To operate within the firm’s structured SOP and system, ensuring clear tracking of timelines, proactive follow-ups, and timely completion of each stage of the transaction
(c) To communicate confidently and professionally with clients, bankers, agents, developers and relevant authorities, ensuring clarity, efficiency and a smooth transaction experience
(d) To draft, review and finalise legal documents including SPAs, undertakings, and related conveyancing documents with precision, accuracy and strong legal judgment
(e) To attend client meetings, signings and provide clear, structured explanations to clients, including handling more complex or delayed transactions with confidence
(f) To proactively identify issues, manage risks and ensure all matters are progressed efficiently without the need for close supervision

Qualifications and Requirements:
(a) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in conveyancing practice (focus on subsale transactions)
(b) Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision and take full responsibility for assigned matters
(c) Strong sense of accuracy, responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
(d) Highly self-disciplined, with good time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
(e) Good command of English and Malay (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
(f) Well-organised, proactive and possesses a positive working attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering quality client service
(g) Possesses own transport and is willing to travel when required
