Job Description:
•Handle general litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, attending case managements, hearings, and assisting in trials
•Conduct legal research and prepare written submissions
•Assist in managing files and liaising with clients, courts, and other solicitors
•Support seniors in trial preparation and case strategy
•Any other tasks incidental to litigation practice as required

Qualifications and Requirements:
•Possesses a valid practising certificate
•Experience in general litigation practice (fresh graduates with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply)
•Able to work independently and also as part of a team
•Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn
•Diligent, self-motivated, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
•Pleasant, friendly, and able to work well with colleagues and clients
•Able to converse and write well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
•Experience in general litigation practice (fresh graduates with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply)

We focus on banking, both commercial and consumer, land and conveyancing matters, Government funded loans, leasing and tenancies of properties, sale & purchase of real estate and joint-ventures.
We are looking for suitable candidates to fill vacancies at our Klang Office.
