Job Description:
1) Account/Finance Manager
- maintain accurate general ledger, financial statements, and monthly closing processes.
- prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the partners.
- develop and manage budgets, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
- maintain audit-ready trust accounting records.
- manage client trust accounts in compliance with bar regulations and trust accounting rules

2) Conveyancing Lawyer
- able to handle sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing matters;
- able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, with minimal supervision;
- able to do advisory work and prepare legal opinion on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and financing related matter;
- this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and playing an active role in the growth of a modern legal practice; and
- work closely with the management team on client-focused strategies.

3) Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
- greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
- answer and direct incoming phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
- perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- monitor office supplies and support daily office operations.


Qualifications and Requirements:
1) Account/Finance Manager
- Minimum 2+ years accounting experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of trust accounting rules, legal billing processes, and client retainer management.
- Proficiency with law firm accounting, billing software & e-invoice.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

2) Conveyancing Lawyer
-min 2 years experience, focusing on subsale;
-excellent interpersonal and interaction skills - take initiative in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
-being outspoken, being goal-oriented;
-willing to travel (including out of state) & possess own transport.

3) Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
- fresh graduates are welcome.
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
