1. Handle SPA and loan documentations, for both developers' projects and sub-sales.
2. Attend to perfection of transfers and/or charges, discharge of charges.
3. Prepare tenancy agreements.
4. Prepare and update status reports.
5. Other relevant tasks as may be assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah is looking for qualified lawyers to join our Real Estate Practice. This role will be based in our office in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Qualified lawyers without experience or with experience in other legal practices, who are interested with conveyancing practice, will also be considered.
