Job Description:
Corporate Lawyer:
To provide comprehensive corporate legal and compliance services, ensuring our clients meet all regulatory requirements and remain in good standing with the relevant authorities. Including to deal in company secretarial support, regulatory filings, corporate structuring, and ongoing compliance advisory.
Conveyancing Lawyer:
Handle subsale, auction, loan agreement and any other land related matters. Including preparation of specialized transfer, security documents and deeds. Maintain and update comprehensive file status reports for partner/lawyer review.
Remuneration:
Remuneration starting from RM4000 basic + RM2000 bonus

Have called to the bar with valid practising certificate
