Qualifications and Requirements:
* 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing and banking matters
* Strong knowledge of property transactions, financing documentation, and related legal processes with excellent drafting skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Meticulous, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
