Job Description:
The Litigation Legal Assistant will assist the Partners to handle banking and LPPSA debt recovery cases which covers both civil and foreclosure matters together with execution proceedings, attending matters in Court and the relevant land offices.
The Conveyancing Legal Assistant will assist the Partners to handle general conveyancing matters including preparing and checking Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan/financing documentation and attending to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
For the Legal Assistants:-
The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate (if not a new practitioner) where the applicant must most importantly have the right attitude , be a team player and want to learn more about our area of practice. Experience is not necessary as on the job training will be provided and work will be supervised for those who are newly called to the BAR .
