Job Description:
Legal Assistant (Conveyancing)
- handling for Developer's Project/sub-sales property and/or loan documentations
- handling for Tenancy Agreement and all other conveyancing related matters
- able to attend to court as instructed
Pupil in Chambers
- Will be exposed to office clerical works
- to assist in any other duties assigned by Partners and lawyers as required
- involve & attend to court for non-contentious matters
- handling for Developer's Project/sub-sales property and/or loan documentations
- handling for Tenancy Agreement and all other conveyancing related matters
- able to attend to court as instructed
Pupil in Chambers

Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Assistant (Conveyancing)
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
- able to attend to court and clients as instructed
- Able to work well in a team
- Diligent, responsible, and positive attitude
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (ability to communicate in mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage)
- To liaise with clients, bankers and government authorities.
- who just completed Chambering are encouraged to apply

- Must willing to learn and take instruction from partners and lawyers

- Must be highly motivated and possessed good working attitude
- Dedicated and passionate in working with us
