Job Description: Conveyancing Lawyer/Clerk
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters, including sub-sale transactions, developer direct purchases, refinancing, discharge of charge, and perfection of transfer and charge.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Loan Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, and other related documents.
Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, real estate agents, and government authorities to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely completion of transactions.
Conduct title searches, prepare land office documentation, and attend to various land office dealings.
Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements throughout each transaction.
Provide professional legal advice to clients and address queries related to property transactions.
Monitor timelines, follow up on progress, and manage files efficiently to meet deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and correspondence for all conveyancing files.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B)
Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualified experience.
At least 2 years of experience in Conveyancing
Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures, land office requirements, and related legal processes.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and capable of managing timelines effectively.
Friendly personality with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to liaise professionally with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities.
