Job Description:
Legal Associate
1. Attend to assigned litigation matters with minimal supervision.
2. Draft pleadings, cause papers, and submissions.
3. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various legal matters.
4. Manage files efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met and files are organized.
5. Attend to any other work as assigned by partners of the firm from time to time.
Pupil
1. Assist lawyers in case preparation.
2. Conduct legal research.
3. Attend to any other duties as assigned by partners of the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate
1. Candidate must possess a valid practising certificate.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation practice.
3. Experience in conducting hearings independently.
4. Experience in conducting trial will be an added advantage.
Candidates without the necessary experience but with a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently (not applicable to Pupil position) as well as collaboratively in a team are essential.
