Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- To prepare and to attend to legal documents relating to conveyancing matters including sub-sale, loan, discharge, projects under construction, perfection of transder and all other related matters.
- Candidate must be dedicated, attentive, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and legal procedures
- Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Capable of meeting deadlines effectively
CHAMBERING / PUPILLAGE
Academic Excellence:
-LLB with at least Second Class Upper (or equivalent)
-Strong academic track record
-Intellectual curiosity with good work ethics. Able to handle criticism and setbacks constructively
