In view of our recent expansion, we are looking for motivated talents to join us to grow together. Candidates can expect to join a legal practice with dynamic style of management and professional legal practice by fully utilizing developed legal management software and system.

Available positions as below:

1. Pupil / Junior Lawyer (Wil & Probate/Convey) Petaling Jaya.

We are looking for Junior Lawyer in expansion of Succession department. Motivated Junior Lawyer to handle the followings: (only allowed and supervised job scopes will apply to Pupil position):

i. Uncontested Probate/ LA / Transfer & Transmissions related to Deceased’s estate.
ii. General Conveyancing
iii. Will & Trust

Candidates are expected to be able to work with minimum supervision (not applicable to Pupil position) and have a good communications skills. Trainings will be provided.

2. Junior Lawyer (Corporate) - Petaling Jaya

We are looking for Junior Lawyer in expansion of our corporate department. Motivated lawyers with good communication, research, drafting skills are encouraged to apply. Trainings will be provided. Junior Lawyer will be given the exposure to handle all kinds of commercial contracts/ corporate exercise including shareholder/JV/Fund raising agreements, merger & acquisition, due diligence & employment related matter.

3.Intern / Pupil/ Junior/ Senior Lawyer (Litigation) – Petaling Jaya, Cheras, Klang, KLCC Area, Segamat.

Senior Lawyer (Litigation)

We are looking for motivated and dedicated litigation lawyer with eventual view of partnership. Candidate must have minimum 3 years of practicing experience. Candidates are expected to have good advocacy, communication, research, drafting skills. Motivated Lawyers who are looking for opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Intern / Pupil/ Junior (Litigation)

Join our expanding general litigation team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

We're looking for motivated Intern/Pupil /Junior Lawyers eager to grow their litigation skills. You'll work alongside experienced practitioners on a wide range of civil and general litigation matters, contributing to case strategy, drafting, research, and court appearances. Expect a dynamic role with strong mentorship,
courtroom exposure, and valuable career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal research and opinion writing
• Drafting court documents (cause papers, affidavits, submissions)
• Trial preparation and document management
• Attending court hearings and mediations
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and court officers
• Managing case files and meeting deadlines

• A personality with courage, optimistic and high social proficiency skill will be an added advantage;
• Able to communicate in mandarin will be an added advantage;
• excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationship with clients.
• Able to work independently with high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Responsible, positive and open minded, self-motivated and multitasking;
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with a keen desire to learn and contribute to a team.
