We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Legal Associate (Litigation) to join our dynamic legal practice. The successful candidate will be involved in handling a broad range of litigation matters and will be exposed to various aspects of legal practice.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing civil and commercial litigation matters independently and/or under supervision;
• Drafting cause papers, pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, and correspondence;
• Attending court proceedings, case management, hearings, and trials;
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies;
• Liaising with clients, courts, government authorities, and relevant parties;
• Attending client meetings and providing legal assistance/advice;
• Assisting Partners/Senior Lawyers in litigation-related matters and dispute resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Called to the Malaysian Bar;
• 1–3 years’ experience in litigation is preferred (freshly called lawyers with strong interest in litigation are encouraged to apply);
• Good drafting, research, and advocacy skills;
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage files efficiently;
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Tamil/Mandarin is an added advantage);
• Responsible, committed, and possess a positive working attitude.
