Job Description:
1. Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
-Handling various conveyancing matters, including sub-sales, auction, transfer, loan financing cases etc. To draft, review, and prepare related legal documentation.
-Advising clients and attending to the execution of legal documents. Working closely with staff on hands-on procedural works.
-Handling the drafting of various agreements, including tenancy agreements. Attending to non-contentious court matters.
2. Chambering Student
-Assisting the Partner in various conveyancing matters.
-Assisting the Partner in the drafting of agreements and non-contentious court matters.
-Assisting in any other duties assigned as and when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
-Possess relevant qualification, willing to work and cooperate with supporting staffs.
-Possess the ability to liaise with property negotiators, bankers, developers, authorities and other relevant parties in the course of daily work.
-Able to work well in a team. Newly enrolled lawyers are encouraged to apply.
2. Chambering Student
-Possess relevant qualification to enter into chambering.
-Willing to learn and develop experience primarily in conveyancing matters, agreement drafting and non-contentious court matters.
-Possess relevant qualification, willing to work and cooperate with supporting staffs.
