Job Description:
Assisting your pupil master and colleagues in legal work (civil litigation), which includes drafting of cause papers, preparation for hearing / trial, and conducting research;
Completing tasks (legal and practical) assigned to you by your pupil master;
Assisting in the day-to-day administration of the Firm; and
All other work as prescribed by the Malaysian Bar

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be a qualified person (CLP, BVC or equivalent);
Aspires to practise as a dispute resolution lawyer;
Is reasonably proficient in both English and BM;
Knows what’s the meaning to the terms ‘ratio decidendi’ and ‘obiter dicta’ (without Googling);
Can work independently, as well as with a team;
Pro-active;
Wants to take up a challenge; and
Resilient and never gives up.
