JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. The role requires handling a wide range of conveyancing matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing professional advice to clients throughout property transactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist in handling all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project/sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing files until completion.
• Review loan documentation before execution.
• Attending to clients, correspondences, prepare status report and other types of work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
• Prepare and check sub-sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, banks and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure all deadlines and timelines are met efficiently.
• Provide legal advice related to conveyancing matters needed.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our conveyancing team. The successful candidate will assist our lawyers in handling all conveyancing and related commercial matters with professionalism, efficiency, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist lawyers in preparing and handling all conveyancing documents, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and other related legal forms or correspondence.
• Monitor and follow up closely on all conveyancing files from the initial stage until completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every process.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, property agents, government departments, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and review SPA documents, loan documents, and related correspondence to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
• Handle various conveyancing matters, including perfection of transfer and charge, sub-sale, and other related processes.
• Ensure all tasks and files are completed within the stipulated timeframe to avoid delays or penalties.
• Maintain and cultivate positive working relationships with clients, bank officers, and property agents through effective communication and professionalism.
• Assist with general administrative duties as and when required.

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
• Experiences in conveyancing are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian conveyancing laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
