Job Description:
Messrs Ariff & Co. is hiring a Litigation clerk.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Eager to learn
• Responsible & organised
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good in communication & follow-up matters
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• able to perform any other secretarial, billing and administrative work as and when required
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
• Prior experience is not required as training will be provided
Scope of work includes:
• Assisting lawyers with litigation matter especially banking
• Filing documents at court
• Managing correspondences & documents
• Liaising with court officers and clients
• Monitoring case dates & updates
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.

1. SPM & above.
2. 0-1 year of litigation clerk experiences.
3. Required language : Bahasa Malaysia & English
