Job Description:
1) SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER
Job Description
- Legally and Professionally Competent.
- Diligent and pleasant attitude.
- Experienced and able to handle sub-sales and developers’ projects inclusive spa & loan files, auction
matters, probate matters, perfection matters, discharge matters, refinance matters, sale and purchase of
shares, and other conveyancing matters from the initial stages up until completion diligently and
independently.
- Experienced and able to handle commercial spa & loan, i.e. SME loan, Business & Corporate Loan.
- Experienced and familiar with all conveyancing documentations, procedures, banks’ portals, inland revenue
and land office(s) requirements.
- Very well versed and up-to-date with laws relating to conveyancing practice such as National Land Code,
Housing Development Act (HDA), Strata Management Act, etc.
2) CONVEYANCING CLERK
Job Description
- Works closely to assist Partners and Lawyers to handle sub-sales and developers’ projects inclusive spa &
loan files, auction matters, probate matters, perfection matters, discharge matters, refinance matters, sale
and purchase of shares, and other conveyancing matters.
- Familiar with latest conveyancing documentations, procedures, banks’ portals, inland revenue and land
office(s) requirements.
- Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing weekly status reports as required by the Partners,
Corporate Clients and Developers (project basis).
- To attend to oversea client mainly from China and Hong Kong
- To learn and grow with the Firm.
3) ACCOUNT CLERK
Job Description
- Able to handle Full Set of Accounts for Legal Firm, familiar with Office Account and Client Account.
- Familiar with Denning software is preferred.
- Able to maintain honesty and duty of confidentiality of Firm's information (account).
- In charge of Accounts Payable, keep track of staff leave record and assist in staff payroll.
- In charge of Accounts Receivables, billing to clients and follow up payment.
- Timely submission and accuracy in filing of all statutory filing, including EPF, SST, Socso, Corporate tax,
audited accounts to Bar Council etc.

- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Proficient in BM and BI languages is a must to attend to client during meetings and signings.
- It is mandatory for candidates to have been called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Candidates should be independent driven with optimism and energy to be able to complete responsibilities
competently and timely.
- Efficiency, positivity and quick-thinking would be a must in this position.
- Responsible, committed, reliable and able to work diligently and independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Good leadership skill and good attention to details.
- Good stress management and time management.
- Any other tasks that being assigned by Firm from time to time.
- At least 5 years and above experience in handling conveyancing matters.

- LCCI Qualification or equivalent, computer literate.
- Minimum 3 years working in legal firm accounting.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, good communication and
interpersonal skills
- Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and accounting software. Flaring knowledge in
Denning software is preferred.
- Hardworking, responsible, meticulous, able to multi-tasks, well organized and strong teamwork.
- Good time management and capable of working with a strict timeline.
- Able to hold up confidentiality of Firm’s account.
