Job Description:
- Responsible to liaise with client, banker, agent, developers and various government bodies.
- To handle sub-sales, developer project, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer and other conveyancing matters.
- To maintain and update file status on operating system.
- Always ensure that there is high-level of confidentially in the affairs of the department.
- Attending to client, correspondences, preparing status report
and other types of works assigned by the firm time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Junior with or without working experience (Freshgrade are encouraged to apply, training will be provided).
- Able to handle developer project or SPA, Loan Documentation and other conveyancing works.
- Good communication and drafting skill on SPA.
- Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Able to work as a team and proactive.
