Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- To handle a broad range of property conveyancing matters in both the primary (project) and secondary markets (sub-sale);
- To handle banking and financing matters, including retail, SME and corporate financing transactions, both secured and unsecured;
- To liaise with clients, developers, bankers, property agents, mortgage consultants and governmental bodies;
- To draft, review and advise on corporate and commercial agreements and related documentation; and
- Monthly remuneration up to RM5,000.00 (commensurate with experience) with annual performance bonus, annual salary increment, performance incentives, medical benefits, parking allowance and flexible work-from-home arrangements.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
- To handle a broad range of property conveyancing matters in secondary markets (sub-sale);
- To assist in banking and financing matters, including secured and unsecured loan transactions;
-To liaise with clients, developers, bankers, property agents, mortgage consultants and governmental bodies;
- To prepare, monitor and manage conveyancing and financing documentation; and
-Monthly remuneration up to RM5,000.00 (commensurate with experience) with annual performance bonus, annual salary increment, performance incentives and medical benefits.
PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
Litigation & Intellectual Property
- Exposure to a wide range of court litigation, arbitration and mediation matters as well as intellectual property matters;
- Training in legal drafting, legal research, case management and preparation of court documents;
- Attendance at court proceedings and client meetings; and
- Monthly remuneration up to RM2,200.00 with performance incentives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- At least 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience;
- Experience in project, sub-sale and financing transactions (retail, SME and corporate);
- Experience in drafting corporate and commercial agreements;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (written and spoken);
- Able to manage clients, transactions and files effectively;
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
- At least SPM / STPM or equivalent qualifications;
- At least have 4-5 years of relevant working experience in law firms;
- Experienced in property transactions, banking and loan documents;
- Familiar with e-stamping, e-searches and banks portal;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysian (both written and spoken); and
- Computer literate.
PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
- Possesses CLP / BPTC or any equivalent qualification recognized in Malaysia;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken);
- Adaptable to the culture and values of the Firm;
- Proactive, responsible and able to work well in a team; and
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- At least 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience;
