Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER

1) Experiences in handling documents for sub-sales property, loan documentations and auction file
2) Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
3) At least 2 years of experience in handling documents for sub-sale, loan documentations and auction property
4) Good personality & working attitude
5) Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & speaking)
6) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT System

SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK

1) Handle conveyancing files from start to completion independently (sub-sales, loan -consumer and company loan, auctions, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters
2) Prepare loan documentation according to various Banks requirement, ensure smooth execution process and advise of release
3) Maintain and update file status at banks online portals and firm's operating systems
4) Liaise with Clients, Developers, Government Authorities, Bankers, Agents or any relevant authorities
5) To prepare quotation and correspondence
6) To assist in any other duties assigned as and when required to do so
7) To strictly comply with deadlines for every assigned works and cases


Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER

1) Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
2) At least 2 years of experience and above in conveyancing line
3) Possess good communication skills, good work, discipline and analytical skills
4) Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
5) Possess own transport.

SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK

1) Must have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in handling all conveyancing matters, with proven ability to manage files independently.
2) Strong familiarity with sub-sale transactions, project development, loan, auctions, perfections process, etc)
3) Must possess at least Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM.
4) Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking.
5) Posses strong attention to details and the ability to meticulously review documents, ensuring precision in all prepared documents.
6) Proactive in maintaining a reliable follow up system, files status reports and timely clients update.
7) Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, state government online portals and law firm office tools such as Simplifi.
8) Possess own transport.
