Job Description:
The successful candidate will be involved in:
(a) Commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters;
(b) Construction and infrastructure disputes;
(c) Corporate and commercial advisory work;
(d) Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and transaction documents;
(e) Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious legal matters;
(f) Managing files independently and attending court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
(g) Preparing pleadings, affidavits, submissions, opinions and legal correspondence;
(h) Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers;
(i) Building and maintaining client relationships;
(j) Supporting the growth and development of the Firm’s practice;
(k) Genuine partnership opportunities for the right candidate.

Qualifications and Requirements:
(a) Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience;
(b) Experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, construction disputes, corporate advisory and/or commercial transactions;
(c) Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills;
(d) Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision;
(e) Good communication and client management skills;
(f) Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an advantage;
(g) Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of matters;
(h) Admitted and in good standing with the Malaysian Bar.
