Job Description:
- handle the preparation of conveyancing documents including subsales, developer projects, perfection and discharge
- Organise and maintain conveyancing files and transaction checklists
- liase with clients and governmental officers
- familiar with Banks, LHDN and land office portals
- tracking transaction milestones and compiling documents for submission
- ensure high-level of confidentially in the affairs of the department

Qualifications and Requirements:
- minimum 1 year experience in conveyancing matters
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess
good communication skills
- Able to work as a team
- fluent in English and BM
- Candidate must be committed, driven, hardworking, positive, responsible, passionate to learn and have good interpersonal skills.
