Job Description:
Prepare and handling documentation related to sale and purchase loan financing
Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Legal Assistant
1. 1-2 years experience with valid practicing certificate (Fresh lawyers are also encouraged to apply)
2. Handle SPA documentation for subsale transaction and bank loan transaction
3. Perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge
4. Non-contentious matters: Probate, Letter of Administration, Divorce (Joint Petition), Order for Sale
5. Draft wills and tenancy agreements
6. Good English & BM (Mandarin an added advantage)
7. Own transport & valid driving license required
