CONVEYANCING CLERK

Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Applicants must have at least 5 years’ experience in conveyancing matters relating to sale and purchase as well as loan documentation.
2.Committed and diligent as well as able to work independently.

ADMIN CLERK

1. General clerical work (photocopying, scanning, printing, posting)
2.Manage filing system & document arrangement
3.Update records, registers and tracking documents
4.Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier & calls
5.Assist in preparing simple letters & forms
6.Phone calls
