Job Description:
Litigation & Conveyancing (Dual Exposure)
-Assist in handling general litigation matters;
-To attend to case management sessions, hearings & trials
-Manage conveyancing files, including sub-sale Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation;
-Handle developers’ project SPA, loan and other conveyancing transactions
-Manage post-completion matters, including perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, and discharge of charge
-Liaise with clients, banks, agents, developers, and relevant authorities

Qualifications and Requirements:
2 years’ PQE (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply);
Good drafting, research, and communication skills;
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients);
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
