SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER

* Able to handle conveyancing work in the areas of sub-sale, direct purchase from developers, loan and other conveyancing works up till completion.

* Able to handle Consumer, SME and Corporate documentations for both conventional and Islamic Loans independently;

* Knowledge of Corporate work and Litigation work is an added advantage;

* Good research skills

* Manage a team of colleagues.

CONVEYANCING CLERKS

• Able to handle SME and Consumer loan facility documentations for both conventional loan and Islamic loan facilities for various banks (Alliance Bank, Ambank, BSN,CIMB, Hong Leong Bank , LPPSA, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB and UOB);

• Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as sub-sales, mortgage refinancing documentations;

• Able to handle Perfection of Transfer and Charges, Discharge of Charge;

• Provide assistance and support to the lawyers;

• To liaise and follow-up with clients, relevant authorities and banks;

• Able to do online filing with LHDN, Land Offices and High Court.

SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER

• At least minimum of 3-5 of years of experience in conveyancing and able to work proactively & independently;

• Committed to complete assigned tasks and responsible to meet tight timelines;

• Good working attitude & mindful of turnaround times for work completion

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;

• Must possess good working attitude and mindful of turnaround times for work completion;

• Candidate must be willing to be exposed to different areas of law and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Diligent, responsible and solution oriented;

• Able to adapt and execute Firm’s direction and/or instructions.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

• Experience in conveyancing practice knowledge at least 3-5 years experience

• Able to work independently;

• Team worker.
