Job Description:
1. Possess an LLB degree
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conveyancing practice
3. Able to independently handle conveyancing matters related to projects under construction, sub-sale transactions and other conveyancing matters
4. Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and legal procedures
5. Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
7. Capable of meeting deadlines effectively
