Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer
• To handle Conveyancing (Subsales) files independently.
• To attend to loan documentations and able to liaise with bankers, clients, developers and government authorities.

Pupil-in-Chambers
• To assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documentations relating to conveyancing and/or general litigation.

Conveyancing Clerk
• To assist lawyer in all other related conveyancing matters particularly in Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan documentation.



Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer
• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Law and a valid Practicing Certificate.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin & Tamil speaking is an advantage.
• Able to work and handle files effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft proficient.
• Possess good attitude, hardworking, responsible, passionate and willing to work as a team.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Pupil-in-Chambers
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin & Tamil speaking is an advantage.
• Possess good attitude, willing to learn, hardworking and responsible, and passionate to be able to complete responsibilities competently.
• Having own transportation and willing to travel.

Conveyancing Clerk
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin & Tamil speaking is an advantage.
• Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties.
• Able to work under minimal supervision, willing to learn and able to complete jobs within timeline.
• Possess good attitude, willing to learn, hardworking and responsible.
