Job Description:
1. Reviewing, handling and checking documents for sale and purchase transaction, loan transactions and other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection, discharge etc.
2. Attending signing including weekends.
3. Dealing with banks, developers and purchasers.
4. Any works assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Between 0 to 2 years conveyancing from respected legal practice. Who just completed chambering are encouraged to apply.
2. Good written and spoken communication skill in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
3. Excellent communication skills coupled with engaging and approachable personality.
4. Good level of drafting skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
5. Possess strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
6. Meticulous, organized, punctual and able to meet deadline.
7. Good time management and organization skills.
8. Possesses own transport.
